I came a long way from my lowest to where I am now. Sometimes I am overwhelmed by love that comes from inside me towards myself, my family and towards all the people. That feeling I have not known before. It flooded me today too. I send a part of it to all the people in the world, especially those struggling with mental health issues, parents and children.
